Craft certificate Food and Beverage

The Craft Certificate in Food and Beverage Production, Sales and Service Course is designed to provide the trainee with skills, knowledge and attitude to perform tasks as a waiter/waitress.

The course involves the preparation, production and service of food and drink to people in all type of catering establishments.

Entry

  • A Minimum KCSE Grade of D or the equivalent
  • Exam Body: KNEC
