Solar Photovoltaic Installation

The Solar Photovoltaic Course is developed to test the competencies of persons engaged in the solar photovoltaic systems design and installation work for small to medium single battery direct current systems, and multiple batteries which may include an inverter (incorporating single or multiple modules up to 100-300 Wp).

This is in order to standardize their operations and certify them for their sustainability to carry out tasks expected at this level. The skill area takes into consideration the knowledge requirements, practical competence and attitudes necessary for job performance.

A solar photovoltaic graduate is a skilled technician with knowledge of techniques and the use of appropriate tools, measuring instruments and equipment which are needed to perform a job with efficiency and understanding.
